The Beginning
From One Vision to Four Industries
SirBans and Sons Limited was founded in the late 1990s by Sir Bans, a visionary entrepreneur who believed that true enterprise meant more than profit — it meant building the foundations that communities depend on. Starting with a modest construction operation in Trinidad, Sir Bans set out to prove that local businesses could compete with the highest international standards.
Through disciplined reinvestment, an uncompromising standard of quality, and a deep respect for the people who made the work possible, the company expanded steadily. Each new division was not a departure from the original vision — it was an extension of it. Construction gave way to film and production, which opened doors to automotive retail, which in turn led to food processing and agribusiness.
Today, SirBans and Sons Limited employs over 1,200 people across four divisions, operates in multiple countries, and continues to grow — guided by the same principles that shaped its founding: integrity, excellence, and a genuine belief in the potential of the Caribbean region.

Founded
SirBans and Sons Limited is established in Trinidad with a focus on residential and commercial construction.
2003
Construction Division Expands
The company secures its first major government infrastructure contract, cementing its reputation for quality and on-time delivery.
2007
Film & Production Launched
Recognising the power of storytelling, SirBans launches its film and production arm — producing its first nationally broadcast commercial campaign.
2011
Auto Dealership Opens
The Auto Dealership Division opens its flagship showroom, bringing premium multi-brand vehicle retail to the region.
2015
Food Processing & Agribusiness
The fourth division is established, combining modern food processing facilities with a commitment to local agribusiness and food security.
2019
Regional Expansion
SirBans and Sons expands distribution and production operations across the Caribbean, reaching eight countries.
